You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. What’s our return policy?
We gladly accept returns on most items purchased within 30 days of the purchase date, returned in their original condition. Avoid eating spaghetti or baking chocolate cake if you aren’t sure. To return or exchange an item purchased at a retail store, please visit the store where the purchase was made.
You can arrange a return by reaching us through the Contact section. Be sure to provide the order number, reason for return, and a return e-mail address. We will read your return request and contact you asap.
Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Oy, sorry! Simply contact us at our online form so we can fix the error and get the correct item shipped out to you immediately.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The buyer is responsible for return postage, International exchanges will include payment for shipping.
